Business Startup
Build your business on the right legal and operational foundation.
RMS prepares your Georgia LLC or corporation, EIN, and governance documents — then hands you a clear compliance roadmap. Government approval and processing times are set by the state and IRS.
What the RMS professional fee includes: Preparation and filing of your formation documents, EIN registration, custom operating agreement or bylaws, initial 60-minute consultation, and a written compliance roadmap.
Georgia state filing fees: Set by the Georgia Secretary of State and billed to you at cost — they are separate from the RMS professional fee. Any expedited-processing fee is also billed at cost.
What can increase the final price: Additional owners or entities, S-Corp elections, registered-agent service, licenses and DBAs, tailored governance provisions, and rush turnaround.
Expected RMS preparation time: Typically several business days from the moment we have your complete information.
Note: government approval times at the Georgia Secretary of State and IRS EIN issuance times are outside RMS control and can vary.

Frequently asked questions
What does the $699 starting fee include?
The $699 professional fee covers RMS preparation and filing of your Georgia LLC or corporation, EIN registration with the IRS, a custom operating agreement or bylaws, and a compliance roadmap. Georgia Secretary of State filing fees are billed at cost and are separate.
Are Georgia state filing fees included?
No. Georgia Secretary of State filing fees and any expedited-processing fees are set by the state and passed through at cost. They appear on your quote before you commit.
Do I need a registered agent?
Georgia requires every LLC and corporation to maintain a registered agent with a physical Georgia address. We can coordinate registered-agent service or help you serve as your own if you meet the state's requirements.
Do you handle the EIN and operating agreement?
Yes. Your EIN is registered with the IRS as part of the startup package, and you receive a custom operating agreement (LLC) or bylaws (corporation) drafted for your ownership structure.
How long does formation take?
RMS preparation typically takes several business days after we have your complete information. State approval and IRS EIN issuance times vary and are outside RMS control.
What happens after my business is formed?
You receive your formation documents, EIN, operating agreement or bylaws, and a compliance roadmap covering annual registration, tax filings, and recommended next steps. Many clients continue with tax preparation, bookkeeping setup, or ongoing consulting.
Need more than formation?
Add tax preparation, bookkeeping setup, or ongoing consulting to your engagement at any point. We regularly partner with clients for years after their initial launch.
