I accept the cancellation and reschedule policy. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable once official ServSafe materials or exam access codes have been ordered, assigned, or issued. Participants who need to change their scheduled class or exam appointment may request one reschedule at no additional charge when RMS receives notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may require a new exam access code and/or additional fees before a new date can be scheduled. Any rescheduled class or exam must be completed within 90 days of the original scheduled date, subject to instructor/proctor availability and applicable ServSafe retest rules.
